Outdoor games like the cornhole game, red light – green light, capture the flag and many more do not only enhance the thinking skills of children, they also offer some health benefit to them which is really great. Basing on the fact that children will have to run, jump, walk or become more active when playing these games, they are most likely exercising. Exercise can really make the children healthier and fit. Through exercise, children may prevent some health problems like obesity and eating disorders. Therefore, it is best to let children play outdoors rather than just keeping them inside the house.
